We offer Informational Supports like Breastfeeding Tips/Facts/Info, referrals to other needed professionals and finding relevant resources for you/partner and family. 

We Offer Physical Support like foot/back rubs, run you a bath, hold carry baby to free up momma's hands. We can help you getting up/sitting/lying down and help set up breastfeeding stations. We Offer Emotional Support like companionship when your feeling lonely. We can help you celebrate you goals reached and accomplishments with you, as well as we can aknowledge your struggles and barriers.

We give non-judgemental reassurance and listen to your amazing birth story. 

Lastly the practical supports we offer are helping you with babies siblings or pets, helping mom while she pumps, help with tidying in the house, wash/dry fold laundry, meal or snack prep, help with organizing and lastly prep cleaning/sterlizing bottles.

 

Postpartum Doula's can be a source of support to decrease the liklihood of Postpartum Depression. Birth & Postpartum Doulas are there to empower mothers to find their innate strength to help mothers trust their bodies advocating for whatever birth experience the mothers wants giving the mothers support after baby is born.  Postpartum Doula's who provide breastfeeding support, helps increase breastfeeding success for both momma and baby.
